British Wagyu Breeders Association
The British Wagyu Breeders Association Ltd (WBA) was established in July 2014 by a group of Wagyu breeders and enthusiasts from around the UK and Ireland. Its aim is to promote British Wagyu beef and represent the interests of its members at home and abroad.
Members are from all areas of the industry including pedigree breeders, commercial producers, processors, butchers, retailers, chefs and restaurateurs. All are encouraged to play their part in moulding the future of Wagyu breeding in the UK and Ireland. Consumers and Wagyu fans who do not have a commercial or pedigree interest in the cattle can also become friends of WBA, allowing them to receive news, information and attend WBA meetings and workshops.
The WBA is affiliated to the Australian Wagyu Association.
