Our deliciously succulent Yorkshire Wagyu gourmet burgers are prepared using tender cuts of Yorkshire Wagyu beef, seasoned with salt and black pepper.

Ingredients:

Minced Yorkshire Wagyu beef, fresh onion, salt, pepper, preservative E221.

Best cooking method:

Preheat your pan to high. Cook for 2 minutes each side on a high heat. Turn the pan down to medium and cook for a further 1 – 2 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 75°C  is reached for 30 seconds (as per Food Standards Agency guidance, however we find the burgers are at their optimum cooked to 68°C). Best served slightly pink in the middle. Enjoy!

Storage:

Keep refrigerated. See label for use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and always before the use by date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
