Minced Wagyu Pies
A subtly spiced minced wagyu pie. Winner of two stars in the Guild of Fine Food’s Great Taste Awards. Delicious short pastry with an excellent flavour, an edge of aromatic roasted spices, good beef with real depth of character.
Here's what Mrs Stanford had to say about our pies: "A thoughtful friend gave me a gift of Wagyu pies for my birthday. What a treat; they are absolutely delicious. The pastry is light, crisp & flavoursome, the Wagyu filling rich and tasty. A winning combination which I recommend without reservation."
