Minced Wagyu Pies
A subtly spiced minced wagyu pie. Winner of two stars in the Guild of Fine Food’s Great Taste Awards. Delicious short pastry with an excellent flavour, an edge of aromatic roasted spices, good beef with real depth of character.

Filling (60%): Yorkshire Wagyu mince (48%), roast onion purée (48%) (onions, butter (milk), salt, spices), bovril gravy (salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), potato starch, sugar, maltodextrin, colour (ammonia caramel), flavourings (contain celery), beef broth (4%), rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), yeast extract, acid (lactic acid), spices (pepper, lovage root), acidity regulator (calcium lactate), butter (milk), flour (wheat), browning (colour (ammonia caramel), garlic, salt, spices, white pepper, sesame seeds. Best cooking method:
Our pies are precooked and are delicious eaten hot or cold. To warm them, cook for 20 minutes at 180°C or gas mark 4. If using a meat thermometer, it is advised that our pies are warmed through to 75°C at the centre.
Keep refrigerated. See label for use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and always before the use by date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
