Yorkshire Wagyu beef, seasoned with chilli spices and air dried to create a delicious, ready to eat British Wagyu snack that is naturally high in protein.

Biltong has its origins in South Africa and is a mildly spiced and salted air dried meat whose name derives from the Dutch BIL meaning buttock and TONG meaning strip. Our Chilli biltong is made from prime cuts of grass fed Yorkshire Wagyu that are seasoned with a secret blend of South African spices to deliver just the right amount of heat and dried in a UV cabinet that simulates the South African sunshine. Biltong’s high protein and low carbohydrate content make it popular as an anytime snack and with sportsmen and followers of the paleo diet.
