Steak and Stout Pies
A delicious pie packed with tasty Yorkshire Wagyu beef steak and stout gravy.
Each pie weighs 235g (Due to the handmade nature of the product this is approximate)
Filling (60%): braised Yorkshire Wagyu beef (34%), caramelised onions (onions, butter, salt, spices), roasted carrots, cinnamon, star anise, celery, salt, white pepper, stout gravy (27%) ale (barley) (wheat) hops, yeast (8%), red wine (sea salt, preservatives (sulphur dioxide, potassium metabisulphite), braising stock (water, beef extract, onion, tomato, carrot, herbs, celeriac, spices, garlic, glucose syrup, flavourings, maltodextrin, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, colour (ammonia caramel) sugar, butter, flour, Worcestershire sauce (malt & spirit vinegar (barley), molasses, sugar, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, flavouring), redcurrant jelly (glucose syrup, redcurrant juice from concentrate (32%), sugar syrup, gelling agent (pectin), elderberry concentrate, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), mustard seeds. Pastry: flour (wheat), butter (milk), water, salt, free range eggs.

Best cooking method:
Our pies are precooked and are delicious eaten hot or cold. To warm them, cook for 20 minutes at 180°C or gas mark 4. If using a meat thermometer, it is advised that our pies are warmed through to 75°C at the centre.
Keep refrigerated. See label for use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and always before the use by date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
