Delivery & Returns
Our delivery charge is £6.95 per order but selected items include free delivery. We currently deliver every Friday. As all of our Yorkshire Wagyu produce is supplied fresh and suitable for home freezing, we prefer that you place your order by the Sunday prior to delivery to give us time to process your order. If you would like to order items that are not featured in the online shop, please call us on 07951 018302 or email email@example.com to discuss your requirements. We are a small, family business and pride ourselves on our flexibility.
Packaging and delivery
We package your Yorkshire Wagyu in a fully recyclable box within an insulated box inside and use ice sheets that will keep the meat fresh for up to 36 hours from when it leaves the farm. Please provide us with instructions of where to leave your order at the checkout if you’re not going to be in when our driver arrives.
Our Yorkshire Wagyu steaks and joints are sealed in vacuum packed bags to keep the meat fresh and to ensure that the meat juices don’t leak during delivery.

We deliver free to most of the UK mainland. Please contact us on 07951 018302 for details of delivery costs to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

If your order is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible on 07951 018302. If you need to return product to us, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund plus any return postal charges, but please return the goods to us before the use by date on the product.
On purchase of a gift voucher you will be emailed a voucher code and posted a gift card containing that voucher code. To redeem your gift voucher, visit www.yorkshirewagyucompany.co.uk/buy and add the code to the voucher code box before checking out.
